Memory 6 from Book Sayyed Hossein: Meeting Behind Ahvaz Barracks Bars and an Iron Will

Hossein called out from behind the bars: "Send my greetings to mother and tell her I am doing fine." He was clearly keeping our spirits up, across the heavy iron partition.

Lowering his voice, he whispered calmly: "Keep this between us, but my death sentence has arrived for four days from now..."

However, as the revolutionary movement surged and martial law collapsed, the regime was thwarted, and their execution plans were destroyed forever.
